Abstract

"The dairy sector is likely to get increased attention from all stakeholders. The governments are likely to provide more funds for rural dairying. It is expected that commercial banks, flush with funds consequent to demonetization, would also increase loans for purchase of animals and for setting up of medium scale dairy farms. Apart from the processing, dairy farming would also get attention of investors as well as entrepreneurs. There would be more efforts in selling A2 milk, cow milk, fresh milk and door step supply to the consumers by the organized dairy farms."
